1. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with Shiprocket, a leading logistics aggregator in India, to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. Shiprocket collaborates with multiple courier services, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and others, to provide optimal shipping solutions.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Please enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days

• Other Regions: 4-7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account on our website.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at  info@teac.co.in or +91 97234 63300. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with Shiprocket and the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services to cater to international customers in the near future.
